Please note any treatments or experiences included within your package can be booked any time between your
arrival and departure times, all are confirmed upon arrival.
All Spa day guests will be given an arrival time which will be confirmed on booking, we would politely ask that you arrive at your scheduled time to ensure we can offer you the very best welcome possible.
In the instance you arrive late, this may impact your treatment and/or experience timings.
Please note Aqua Aerobics classes are held in the main pool three mornings a week.
If you would like to book on to this class you can do this via Spa Reception.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings made online or via our reservation team, will require full pre-payment.
Bookings cancelled after 24 hours will receive a 50% refund.
50% refund will be offered if notice of 48 hours or more is given, packages can be
moved to an alternative date if 3 weeks or more notices is given.
If the cancellation notice takes place within 48 hours, no refund will be given.
